Qualification: M.Tech. with 4 yrs experience in GIS projects. Or B.Tech./MSc with 6 yrs experience in GIS
Desirables:
- Experience in carrying out complete GIS project including data generation, data format conversion, database design, familiarity with projection systems and references, commercial and/or open source GIS software and customisation.
- Leading a team of 7-8 people.
- Knowledge of programming languages for development.
- Should have good idea of the GIS market and business potential.
- Should have good communication skill.
- Must be self-motivated with a proven track record.
- Should have ability to perfrom tasks and meet deadlines.
- Will be expected to take up complete GIS projects and lead a team of engineers for successful completion of projects.
- Responsible for the design, development and implementation of GIS processes including: data analysis, manipulation, mapping, and GIS application solutions.
- Providing training and developing data standards within the company.
- Provide technical solutions, mentoring and support for software development and customization.

2. Manager (Business Development)
Qualification: MBA in Marketting or Finance with 3-5 year experience
Desirables:
- Proven sales and business development experience in the Geospatial Industry.
- Able to demonstrate a strong track record of target achievements and excellent industry contacts.
- High level negotiation skills and the ability to present to some of the most senior decision makers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong Commercial acumen.track record.
- Must be able to travel throughout India.
- Passionate towards business development, willing to take challenges and meet targets.
- Work closely with company directors to prepare the marketing strategy.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Establishing contact with new customers, promoting the company, negotiating and closing business contracts.
- Achieving challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy.
- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships.

3. Asst. Manager (Business Development)

4. Executive Engineer (GIS and Remote Sensing)
Qualification: B.Tech. or MSc with 2 years experience in GIS and Remote Sensing or M.Tech. in GIS and Remote Sensing with 1 year experience
Desirables:
- Well versed with remote sensing data processing software and techniques.
- Proficiency in ESRI Software platform, Geomedia, ErdasImagine or Leica PS and Other CAD softwares AutoCAD, Microstation.
- Experience with the utility projects like mapping drainage, sewage and pipe lines.
- Knowledge of spatial database.
- Proficient in digitization of maps/topo sheets.
- Able to lead a team
- Assist in developing standards and automated processes through project work.
- Ensures compliance with requirements of accuracy / specifications for scope of service and quality.

5. Engineer (Surveying)
Qualification: B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering OR Diploma in relevant area with 6 years of Surveying experience
Desirables:
- Exposure to surveying instruments/techniques including Total Staion or GPS surveying Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Expected to perform field surveys in any part of India or outside

6. Engineer (Laser Scanning)
Qualification: B.Tech. In Civil Engineer or Mining or Diploma in relevant area with 3 years of AutoCAD and/or Asbuilt mapping experience.
Desirables:
- Should be a good learner. Should have interest in Geometric Drawing and good 3D visualisation abilities.
- Will be working in field to perform laser scanning and process the data to generate needed data products.

7. Junior Engineer (Surveying)
Qualification:Diploma (Civil Engineering) or ITI with 2 years of surveying experience
Desirables:
- Exposure to surveying instruments/techniques including Total Staion or GPS surveying Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Expected to perform field surveys in any part of India or outside
